The Field Service Team is comprised of trained technical professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients. Our team delivers proven results in meeting the ever changing needs of our customers by minimizing downtime and maximizing system efficiency helping our customers enhance the experience of their customers.

On-Site Maintenance

Convenient, rapid response best describes on-site maintenance. Service provides dispatched coverage to the customer's site after the customer's Help Desk has determined that the equipment problem cannot be resolved through phone support. Service calls requested by the Help Desk trigger a Next Business Day dispatch to a qualified technician. Upon completion of the repair, the technician closes the call with the Help Desk.
